Recipe

Garnish the cakes or pastries with whipped cream or meringue!

Prepare a strong whipped cream with at least 30% fat and vanilla sugar, or opt for the liquid cream, whipping it until it becomes very firm.

For perfect meringue, separate the egg whites from the yolks. You will get a light and firm foam by beating the egg whites with sugar and a pinch of salt using a high-performance mixer. Add 60 grams of sugar for each egg white. To achieve perfect gloss, add a few drops of lemon juice.

To achieve a unique design, you can add synthetic or natural food coloring. Divide the cream or meringue into several bowls and add a different food coloring to each bowl, then put the mixture in the bag.

Put all the colors into the bag without mixing them. Limit each color with an imaginary line. If the colors intertwine, don’t worry, the look will still be unique. Once all colors are in the bag, you can start decorating your favorite cake.
